Based on the action framework, the AI set up a 10 day plan for me. Each day has a particular theme.
I plan to title my posts based on these themes to begin with. The posts will follow a template.

| 5 | Simple Joy, Simple Win | Do one thing that brings calm or joy. No productivity allowed. |
| 6 | Body Check-In | Move again. Eat mindfully. Reflect on what your body is telling you. |
| 7 | Revisit a Memory | Journal a moment when you felt proud of yourself. |
| 8 | Write to Future You | Letter to yourself 6 months from now. No editing, just honesty. |
| 9 | Connect Outwardly | Message one person. Just check in. Don’t overthink it. |
| 10 | Look at the Path | Read Days 1–9 logs. What’s different now, even slightly? |
